Licence Terms

AI Visibility — WordPress plugin. Last updated: 2 August 2026.

The software

AI Visibility is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later, as required for any WordPress plugin. That gives you the right to use it on your own sites, modify it, and redistribute it.

What you are buying

Not the code, the GPL already gives you that. You are buying a licence key, which entitles you to:

	
Software updates for the duration of your subscription

	
Email support for the duration of your subscription

	
Use of the licensed features on the number of sites your plan covers

Activations

Each site uses one activation. Removing the licence from a site inside the plugin frees that seat immediately, so you can move it to another site.

What happens when a subscription ends

The plugin keeps working. Structured data, the editor panel and the crawler rules carry on. The extras stop: markdown mirror, AI sitemap, llms.txt, bulk fill, image descriptions. Nothing already written to your site is removed or altered.

Refunds

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for every purchase, so their terms govern the sale and they process any refund.

Our policy. Fourteen days. If the plugin does not do what this page and the documentation say it does, write to us. We will either fix it or ask Lemon Squeezy to refund you.

A note on the bulk pass. The plugin writes its work directly into your own site: the structured data, the attributes, the alt text. All of that stays with you, and we never remove it if you cancel. If you have already run a full pass over a large catalogue and then decide the plugin is not for you, write to us anyway and we will look at it together.

Your statutory rights, which come before our policy

If you are buying as a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once the download starts, provided you gave express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged at checkout that you were giving up the right of withdrawal. Lemon Squeezy collects that consent as part of the checkout.

If you are buying as a business, consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to the purchase.

Nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law, including your rights if the software is faulty or not as described.

What we do not promise

Rankings, citations, or traffic. AI assistants are not deterministic, the same question returns different brands on repeated runs, and much of what decides whether you are recommended happens on sites you do not control. This plugin makes your own site as complete and machine-readable as it can be. Anyone promising you more than that is selling you something.

Liability

The software is provided as is, without warranty, as stated in the GPL. Keep backups, as you would with any plugin.
